BESDEC/Nepal is governed by a General Assembly, which comprises of 15 members from various fields. The general members elect the executive board members. The General Assembly is the supreme body, which is entrusted with the authority to approve policies, strategies and elect an Executive Committee for two tenure . The Executive Committee has formed consisting of 9 members headed by the Chairman. The chairperson is the head of the board and led the organization. The Executive Board meets at least once every month for reporting, making the future plan, program and guide the execution of various activities. Besides, BESDEC/Nepal has an Advisory Committee, which provides technical and professional inputs and advices as and when required. The advisory committee represented from policy level for the valuable inputs in BESDEC’s programs.
